The Bronx Community District 7 The Bronx Community District 7 encompasses Bedford Park, Jerome Park, Kingsbridge, Norwood, University Heights, and Fordham. Covering 1.87 square miles and home to more than 130,000 residents, it covers dense neighborhoods of the northwest Bronx.
It includes apartment buildings, colleges, parks, major roads, and transit corridors, functioning as both a residential area and a borough crossroads.
