About This District
The Bronx Community District 8 The Bronx Community District 8 encompasses Fieldston, Kingsbridge, Kingsbridge Heights, Marble Hill, Riverdale, Spuyten Duyvil, and Van Cortlandt Village. Covering 3.41 square miles and home to more than 100,000 residents, it covers the northwest corner of the borough.
It has hills, parks, apartment towers, lower-density residential areas, institutions, and major transportation links, giving it a different feel from much of the Bronx.
