That record is where it gets interesting. BAM sits on a city owned lot whose owner of record is the Parks Department, with BAM Rose Cinemas on the same lot. Brooklyn Bridge Park is zoned M2-1. The Met sits on Central Park's tax lot. Zoning and current use disagree constantly, and that is normal rather than an error.

CB6 has twelve: the Old Stone House, the Waterfront Museum on the barge at Conover Street, the Prospect Park Bandshell where BRIC runs Celebrate Brooklyn, the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music on Seventh Avenue, Jalopy on Columbia Street, the Bell House in Gowanus, Nitehawk on Bartel-Pritchard Square, Cobble Hill Cinemas on Court Street, the Park Slope and Pacific branches, and the pop-up libraries in Carroll Gardens and Red Hook.
