Resurfacing

Source: NYC Mayor's Office of Media & Entertainment (film office) event notifications emailed to the CB6 District Office, July 1 – September 2, 2026. Locations geocoded via NYC Planning geosearch and NYC Geoclient; parks placed from the NYC Parks properties dataset. One held block (Plaza St E at Eastern Pkwy, permit 961720) could not be resolved to a single node and is listed in text only. Duplicate notices for the same permit number are shown once, using the latest notice. Street work: NYC DOT permit records via NYCStreets, filtered to the CB6 boundary, geometry projected from state plane. DOT data is a snapshot, not a live feed; permits can be amended, revoked or extended after the snapshot was taken. Resurfacing: NYC Open Data street resurfacing schedule (dataset xnfm-u3k5), filtered to Brooklyn Community District 6. Weekly schedules are revised often; confirm current-week work against the DOT weekly milling and paving schedule.
