Community Board Chairperson Daniel Kummer opened the meeting with some introductory remarks about the Prospect Park West bike lanes including the current modifications proposed by the Department of Transportation, then the remainder of the evening was a Public Hearing where speakers were called on to offer their comments on the matter.
