The meeting was called to order at 6:38PM with 10 members present. The guests were Melissa Umberger, CB6 Urban Planner, and 2 representatives from Starr Whitehouse.
Craig Hammerman, District Manager recapped the Gowanus Brownfield Opportunity Area consulting history. Presentation of BOA products by Starr Whitehouse representatives. Discussion of BOA policy recommendations and next steps.
Continued annual review of committee structures.
Consensus to make no changes for the 2013-14 session.
A motion was made by Lou Sones and seconded by Mark Kolman to approve the minutes of the previous meeting held on April 8, 2013.
MOTION APPROVED: UNANIMOUSLY
There being no further business to come before the committee, the meeting was adjourned at 8:31pm.
