Presentation and review of a Certificate of Appropriateness application submitted to the Landmarks Preservation Commission for the addition of a new bulkhead and deck at rooftop and one-story rear yard extension with deck at 101 Park Place (between 6th/7th Avenues), Park Slope Historic District.
Motion by Jerry Armer, seconded by Madelaine Murphy:
1. Recommend approval for the addition of a new bulkhead and deck at rooftop 101 Park Place (between 6th/7th Avenues), Park Slope Historic District.
2. Conditional approval of material on the parlor floor extension be brick with a color and texture to be approved by LPC. Glazing in greenhouse extension on the rear garden floor should be reduced and replaced with material matching the building.

Correction to the minutes: First motion on page 2 was made by Bill Blum, not Jerry Armer.

MOTION PASSED: UNANIMOUSLY
Roy Sloane said we should all thank Bob Levine for going to LPC and representing the community board’s positions to the commission. The motion was approved unanimously.
