Presentation and review of a Certificate of Appropriatenes application submitted to the Landmarks Preservqation Commission for rooftop expansion at the Berkeley Carroll School, 181 Lincoln Place (between 7th/8th Avenues), Park Slope Historic District. Application to add library, science and engineering space to the rooftop expansion. Phone for problems (718) 534-6565 (day) (917) 335-1323 (night) Landmarks meeting on June 7, 2016 Additional floor on building behind institute building Skylights added to performance space to rear of that. A motion was made by Jerry Armer and seconded by Peter Fleming for conditional approval as presented with the following exception: Zinc panels be changed to copper – zinc too great a definition.

MOTION PASSED: UNANIMOUSLY
A motion was made by Glenn Kelly and seconded by Peter Fleming to approve the minutes of the previous meeting held on March 24, 2016. A correction to the agenda was made for items 5 and 6. Item 6 was incorrectly stated as requesting approval of replacement of stucco as in item 5 instead of request to add a rear addition to the building.
MOTION APPROVED: UNANIMOUSLY
There being no further business to come before the committee, the meeting was adjourned.
