*** MEETING MINUTES***
The meeting was called to order at 6:30pm.
Presentation and review of a new on-premises liquor license application submitted to the State Liquor Authority on behalf of Happy RJ Inc. at 223 Smith Street (between Baltic/Butler Streets).
This place has been opened for more than 10 years and now requests a transfer of the liquor license.
A motion was made to accept was made by Tom Miskel and seconded by Mark Shames.
MOTION PASSED: UNANIMOUSLY
Presentation and review of a new on-premises liquor license application submitted to the State Liquor Authority on behalf of Wild Living LLC, at 148 5th Avenue (between Douglass/Degraw Streets).
Applicant has a third location in NYC and a second in Williamsburg. He has taken over space occupied by Los Politos. There is no outdoor space in this application only storage.
Page is to be amended regarding backyard and signed. Applicant will deliver it to the Board office.
Recommendation was made by Mark Shames and seconded by Tom Miskel that the application be approved subject to the stipulation that the application be amended for backyard space and signed.
MOTION APPROVED: UNANIMOUSLY
Presentation and review of a new on-premises liquor license application submitted to the State Liquor Authority on behalf of Hooked Restaurant & Bar LLC at 1123 8th Aveuue (between 11th/12th Streets).
They are taking over a current business with no changes.
Recommendation: Accept as presented was made by Tom Miskel and seconded by Deborah Buscarello with correction to operating hours.
MOTION APPROVED: UNANIMOUSLY
A new addition to the agenda:
Presentation and review of a new on-premises liquor license application submitted to the State Liquor Authority on behalf of Chipotle Mexican Grill of Colorado LLC at 185 7th Avenue (between 1st/2nd Streets) in the Park Slope Historic District.
The owner currently has eight locations.
A motion was made by Pauline Blake and seconded by Jane Li to accept as presented. The applicant is to amend Monday hours.
MOTION APPROVED: UNANIMOUSLY
A motion to adjourn was made at 6:54pm.
