Chairperson McClure welcomed everyone back following the summer hiatus, went over some summer happenings, committee assignments,

District Manager Michael Racioppo also offered brief remarks. The remarks focused on upcoming meetings, composting and successful advocacy of the board on transportation matters.
II.COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Motion approved.
A. LANDMARKS
David Briggs presented the following motions:
• 311 7th Ave- Motion to approve legalization of residential entrance as presented, but to disapprove legalization of storefront. Motion to disapprove that application failed.
Motion to approve was then introduced and passed.
• 343 Hoyt St- Motion to disapprove an application for Certificate of Appropriateness which would allow for a rear yard extension and a penthouse and alterations to the railings and front door. Motion to disapprove carried.
• 183 Amity St- Motion to approve changes at front windows, recommend approval of extension, and recommend conditional approval of roof top addition if bulk is decreased and/or top stair bulkhead is removed. Motion to approve carried.
