Chairperson Eric McClure called the meeting to order at 6:41 P.M.

Chairperson McClure welcomed everyone, gave updates regarding various meeting and work he’s doing as chair. Chairperson McClure then called CB6 members to introduce a resolution she’d written denouncing the attacks in Gaza. The resolution was approved unanimously.

MANAGER
District Manager Michael Racioppo invited represenatives from DEP and SBS to give updates on Gowanus. DEP’s Alicia West discussed tank construction and SBS listed resources for business impacted by recent flooding. Michael Racioppo thenwent over theCB6electionprocess,compostingandupcomingmeetings.
II.COMMITTEE REPORTS:
A. Transportation & Public Safety Doug Gordon presented a motion to support New York City opt back into compliance with New York State law prohibiting parking within 20 feet of an intersection. Motion approved. B. Landmarks David Briggs presented the following motions: • 229 Baltic - Motion to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness application that would allow one-over- one configuration for windows on the front façade with the condition that a more historically consistent material be used. Motion approved. C. Permits & Licenses Mandi Spishak-Thomas presented the following locations to be to be approved for on-premises • 532Court Street • 449 Court Street • 847B Union All applications approved.
