II.COMMITTEE REPORTS:
A. Land Use Jerry Armer presented ULURP Red Hook Coastal Resiliency Motion to conditionally approve The Department of Design and Construction, Department of Transportation, Department of Citywide Administrative Services, and Department of Parks and Recreation are seeking City Map amendments to regrade and elevate several streets and map new parkland to enlarge Todd Triangle Park, as well as acquisitions related to easements along private property, to facilitate a neighborhood-wide flood resiliency project in Red Hook. Approved conditionally by a vote of 26 in favor, 0 opposed and 3 abstentions.
B. Permits & Licenses Mandi Spishak-Thomas presented the following locations to be to be approved for on-premises ● 80 215 Smith Street ● 305 Douglass Street ● 293 Van Brunt Street Approved as presented. C. Landmarks ● David Briggs presented 28 Prospect Park West (Park Slope Historic Historic District)- Motion to conditionally approve Certificate of Appropriateness application to allow for an open parking space in an existing rear yard, a curb cut, a new gate, and repairs to the fence. ● 487 Henry Street (Cobble Historic District)- Motion to conditionally approve Certificate of Appropriateness application to allow for a rear yard and rooftop extension. Approved as motions presented.
