Chairperson McClure introduced a motion to name the corner of Degraw and Court Streets for the Damico Family. Jerry Armer and Leroy Branch spoke favorably, and the motion was approved unanimously.

Motions to conditionally approve the following items:
● 404 Henry Street (Cobble Historic District)- Certificate of Appropriateness application to allow for the removal of the existing fire escape(it is not required in this location) and replace it with a balcony on the fourth floor. ● 214- 230 Court Street (Cobble Hill Historic District)- Application to allow facade repairs.Approved Unanimously
