Presentation and review of a new on-premises liquor license application submitted to the State Liquor Authority on behalf of Fleur Restaurant at 392 5th Avenue.
Applicant wants a full license but only applied for beer and wine. Adjust hours to 2am across the days. Jules motions to approve Aray seconds motion
