I. Chair Report * Chairperson Eric McClure called the meeting to order and welcomed attendees. He noted that approval of the previous meeting’s minutes would be postponed due to a documentation error. McClure also confirmed that prior auditory issues had been resolved. II. DM Report * District Manager Racioppo provided an update on the ongoing Fifth Avenue Open Streets survey, noting that it has received strong community response. He also reported on continued dialogue with the EDC regarding concerns raised by community members. III. Committee Meetings

* 221 Smith Street- a new Latin American restaurant. * 447 Bergen Street- a new Latin American restaurant. * 452 5th Avenue - Daisy’s Diner. Liquor License approved.
