Adoption of Minutes The minutes of the May meeting were adopted. II. Chair Report III. DM Report Mike discussed the Brooklyn Marine Terminal. Congratulations were extended to Rebecca on her graduation and academic awards from Pratt Institute. Updates were provided on upcoming meetings and community events.
IV. Committee Meetings Land Use, Landmarks + Housing 30 Sterling Place: Motion to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness (C of A) for a rear yard extension. Approved.
534 1st Street: Motion to approve a C of A for window modifications, a 3rd floor extension, and addition of a rear deck. Approved
Transportation Committee Motion to approve DOT’s plans for enhanced bike infrastructure on Union Street. Approved. Motion to add further improvements to the proposal without delaying implementation. Approved
