Application for a license at 170 Second Avenue “Judgy Baby” Music venue with light food and full bar program Each floor (3 floors) will have different vibe: jazz, rock, and speakeasy Applicant lives in building, no other residential nearby Committee suggested 7 days/week and extended evening hours (5pm start), but applicant only plans to be open Thurs-Sun from 7pm-4am Mike Vacheresse motioned to approve Jules Block seconded Unanimous approval, but without quorum. Bring to full board for formal approval.
