We've just had Christmas and New Year’s eves and yes they are undeniably big events. However, we have now arrived at the biggest eve of them all; it is the day before the  January BCB6 General Board Meeting . This awesome confab will take place tomorrow night, beginning at 6:30 PM, at  New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital  and will conclude with a motion to adjourn.

Along with that important reminder I’m sending along a few bits of information that, I hope, can be put to good use.

1 - Next Wednesday, January 16 th  at my Alma Mater,  MS 51 , we are co-sponsoring, with  CEC15BKCB7  and other groups, a forum on the  Mayor's plan to improve diversity at Specialized High Schools.

Check out the  flyer here.

2 - Want to thank our very own Victoria Alexander for putting the  Red Hook Winter Coat giveaway on my radar.  Check it out.

3 - Alternate side parking rules, and meters,  will be in effect tomorrow Wednesday, January 9 th .

-Subway service changes for tomorrow, January 9th.

-  Bus Service Changes for tomorrow, January 9th.

Of course, as always, feel free to share this information with anyone, by any means you see fit!
