I apologize that, due to a glitch that occurred while switching email accounts, some of you didn't receive yesterday’s email until this morning.

I hope some of its contents remained current and useful. I hope that today's batch of tidbits arrives on time.

1- Tomorrow, Wednesday, January 16 th  at,  MS 51 , from  6:30pm until 8pm  we are co-sponsoring, along with  CEC15BKCB7 , a forum on the  Mayor's plan to improve diversity at Specialized High Schools.   Please check out  the flyer .

2 - Cool  video from NY1 capturing  one of only 4 retractable bridges in the country. Of course that is Gowanus's historic  Carroll Street Bridge! 

3 - Please note, and feel free to mark down, the dates and locations for our next three General Board meetings as they have been confirmed. 

-  February 13 th , 630 PM at PS32.

-  March 13 TH , 630 PM at the 78th Precinct.

-  April 10, 630 pm at the Old First Reformed Church.

4-   Alternate side parking rules, and meters, will be in effect tomorrow Wednesday, January 16 th .

However, you should also make note that a week from today, on January 21 st  they will be suspended for Martin Luther King Jr day.
