I hope this email finds you well as we head into a weekend that may include the first snowfall of 202 0 . The busy week ahead will consist of a Warren Street tenants meeting on Tuesday, as well as other items that may well prove to be useful and/or of interest.

Among those happenings, there is a notice that on Monday, January 20th Alternate Side Parking regulations and DSNY collections will be suspended while New York City Public Schools will be closed for Martin Luther King Jr Day .

You will also find notices for meetings and, if you have the time, check out some zoning strategies and a summary of the Mayor’s preliminary budget which, while featuring few new initiatives, does include funds for 4 th Avenue which we, of course, hope to hear more about as this proposal moves forward.
