Last night’s EWCDH meeting, featuring a presentation from 32 BJ Service Employees Union & concurrent discussion of our Responsible Development Policy , was the first of 2 CB6 committee meetings this week. Our next meeting will be Thursday night at the Miccio Center in Red Hook when EDC makes a presentation on current thoughts on the proposed BQX streetcar. The presentation starts at 7 PM.
Between now and Thursday our community has lots going on including a meeting tonight when the Mayor’s Office of Resiliency will be holding their kickoff meeting at PS 676 and on Wednesday when the Red Hook Civic Association meets at PS 15.
You can find out about those things, and other items, including a push for more “Fair Fares” and the Comptroller’s rejection of the NYCHA’s federal monitor deal .
Whether you choose to keep reading or not, have a good evening, feel free to share this information however you’d like.
