I hope this email finds you sunny on this cloudy Tuesday . Read on to find happenings across our district, as well as items of interest that include GNCJ , some feedback from the MTA regarding Brooklyn buses and GBD ’s strategy finale. 

As caucuses precede crocuses, it’s an excellent time to remind folks that New York’s Presidential Primary is on April 28 th , but if you’re not already a member of a party or want to switch parties, y ou must do so by next Friday, February 14th which also happens to be the deadline to apply for Community Board membership (if you are up for renewal I have already contacted you).
