Our general meeting agenda is relatively short as we seek to ratify recommendations from our Community Board 6 Landmarks Committee (CB6LM) of 2 Certificate of Appropriateness (C of A) applications. The first application approved by our LM Committee, is for the construction of a new rear-yard addition at 895 Union Street in the Park Slope Historic District . The second item up for ratification is the CB6LM Committee’s disapproval of an application to build a two-story rear yard extension at 187 Amity Street in the Cobble Hill Historic District .

As always we’ll have community session and reports from our elected official’s or their representatives. If you choose to keep reading, you’ll see lots is happening across our community throughout the rest of the week and further into the future.

Have a great evening, whether you are at the board meeting or not, feel free to share this information however you’d like.

Best,
Mike Racioppo, District Manager
