I hope this email finds you well as we head into the weekend and a busy week ahead for CB6 that will include 2 of our committee's meeting( Permits & Licenses on Monday , Youth, Human Services, and Education on Wednesday ).

I hope this email finds you well as we head into the weekend and a busy week ahead for CB6 that will include 2 of our committee's meeting( Permits & Licenses on Monday , Youth, Human Services, and Education on Wednesday ). 

There are, of course, other things happening, including an article featuring very clear statements from Councilman Lander regarding the need for NYCHA funding to be resolved in the pending Gowanus rezoning. 

As we at CB6 have clearly and repeatedly told the Department of City Planning NYCHA funding , FAR expansions for the IBZ and 100% affordability of housing on city-owned sites, are all necessary components of a successful rezoning.
