Without getting too far ahead of ourselves, there may well be some good news coming just in time to be close to folks on Thanksgiving; a vaccine may be ready.

Before going any further, I’m sorry to announce we’re going to be postponing tomorrow night's “check-in” until further notice due to scheduling conflicts, of course, that notice will be sent to everyone within moments of the new time and are confirmed. Also, everyone who was already registered does not have to register as it’ll be transferred over to the new date.

There are some new items below, but I want to remind everyone of 2 things. First, today is the last day you can mail in your ballot for next week's primary election. If you don’t do so, you can still vote in-person early and at a safe distance and, of course, the old fashioned way onJune 23rd. Speaking of safety, on Friday, June 19th, Assemblymember Jo Anne Simon will distribute free face coverings & sanitizer outside of her Carroll Gardens office located at 341 Smith St from 10 until 5 pm.
