I hope this email finds you safe as polls open across the state for primary day. If you haven’t voted yet (early or by mail), please do so today, but before you do, click here for a “ who, what & where ” of voting. I won’t repeat the entire phrase long associated with the Tammany machine, but I will say that it’s a good idea, while covering your face and keeping your distance, to vote early. 

Please keep in mind, if you voted by mail, that if you did not sign and date your envelope in the designated area, your ballot is invalid, so you should go vote, if possible. The Board of Elections never fails to amaze or frustrate, as this is the same entity that said there was envelope shortage that would prevent them from pulling off a statewide primary by mail.
