October, Tomorrow, Beyond

I hope this email finds you well as we enter the first weekend of October. Before going any further thanks for everyone that appreciated the October specific, Pete and Pete/Polaris reference in yesterday’s newsletter.

I hope this email finds you well as we enter the first weekend of October. Before going any further thanks for everyone that appreciated the October specific, Pete and Pete/Polaris reference in yesterday’s newsletter.

I'll be brief but I want to wish everyone celebrating happy sukkot and a few other items of note.

First, we have some time, but please fill out the census ASAP if you haven’t done so and vote ASAP and if you aren’t registered to vote do so before next Friday.

Second, there are some interesting things happening across our district this weekend that you can check out below. But, right after the weekend, on Monday, our Economic/ Waterfront/ Community Development & Housing Committee meets via zoom starting at 6:30 pm. The agenda has OATH Commissioner Joni Kletter discussing the MEND program followed by Bronx CB6 district manager John Sanchez on citywide development needs and issues.

On that note, I'll wish you a good weekend and if bored, check out the new columnist in the Brooklyn Paper.

Best,
Mike Racioppo, District Manager
