I hope everyone got to enjoy the extra hour of sleep as we squandered daylight. Remember, today, Sunday, November 2nd, is the last day of early voting, and polls are open until 5 pm.

I hope everyone got to enjoy the extra hour of sleep as we squandered daylight. Remember, today, Sunday, November 2nd, is the last day of early voting, and polls are open until 5 pm. 

If you haven’t voted already, I suggest you use civic pride as a motivation. Our great borough of Brooklyn has seen the most votes cast so far, and voting today can increase that lead. High turnout is a proud tradition in our community, and there is no reason for it not to continue. For example, my old boss Assemblymember Joan Millman and her successor current 52nd District Assemblymember, Jo Anne Simon, have both received the highest vote totals of any Assemblymember in the state in recent elections. 

It would be great, no matter what person or party you choose for whatever office, that we win the only meaningful participation trophy with the highest voter rates ever.
