I'll be brief, but if you'd like to see New York election results click here. Within those results, you'll find out who now represents us in our State and Federal legislatures. I’d like to offer congratulations to everyone who won, especially those who will be representing CB6. So congratulations to the newly elected State Senator, Jabari Brisport, who will now officially be the successor to Velmanette Montgomery, and Assemblymember- elect Marcela Mitaynes, who will succeed Assemblymember Felix Ortiz. Also, congrats to Assemblymember Jo Anne Simon, who, based on my quick calculations, received the most votes for any Assemblymember with 45495 votes cast.

Anyway, that's your local election update. Please check out the items below and take note that two weeks from tonight is our November General BoardMeeting, and two weeks from tomorrow, the Department of City Planning will make a presentation on the Public Place site.
