I hope this email finds you well as we brace for a storm that could bring up to 18 inches of snow with it. 

With that forecast, starting tonight at 7 pm through 6 am Tuesday, there is a winter storm warning in effect. In line with that warning, Alternate Side Parking is suspended, school buildings are closed, and sanitation services will be delayed.

As more information is received, I’ll share it. 

Speaking of information to be shared, we still don’t have the EIS for the Gowanus Neighborhood Plan(rezoning). As this CityLimits piece explains, it will not be released until the plan is certified and the TRO is completely lifted or explicitly directed by the Court.

They are back in a virtual court to discuss virtual ULURP hearings on Tuesday. So we may have something substantial to read on a snowy day.
