Milestones, Meetings, March

As March gets going, we’re approaching several anniversaries. These aren’t celebratory milestones; we’re now a year into a pandemic.

As March gets going, we’re approaching several anniversaries. These aren’t celebratory milestones; we’re now a year into a pandemic. Thursday, March 5th, 2020, our Transportation & Public Safety (TPS) Committee met at the 78th precinct, and it was the last time we met in person

This is a mundane milestone and one I’d prefer to forget and hadn’t realized until I scheduled our Thursday, March 18th, 2021 TPS Committee meeting. The agenda has two items. The first will introduce the committee to the new commanding officer at the 78th Precinct, Captain Frantz Souffrant. The second will be a presentation from the NYC Department of Transportation about its expansion of the CitiBike program. If this is of interest to you, register here

There is, of course, stuff happening between now and then, such as our March 10th General Board meeting and other items you can find out about by scrolling on down.
