I hope this email finds you well among the heat and haze. As previewed,in prior newsletters, our community has gotten itself a busy Tuesday night!
First, for the first time in 509 days, CB6 Landmarks/Land Use Committee will meet, with masks and at safe distances, in person. It’ll be at 250 Baltic Street, and the agenda consists of 2 landmarking applications. Also, tonight, there’s a concert in Cobble Hill Park, and the Gowanus CAG will meet over soon.
It would help if you also noted that, tomorrow Wednesday, July 28th, Senator Myrie is holding a hearing to allow for testimony on voting experiences and issues from New York City voters. You can participate in person and electronically. Whether you read further down this newsletter, participate in, or read anything mentioned here, please get vaccinated against Covid-19 ASAP.
On that note, I’ll stop and say, stay safe, stay cool and enjoy the rest of your Tuesday.
