Last night our Landmarks/ Land Use Committee met. We had a sizeable agenda, but Committee Chair, David Briggs, ran the meeting efficiently while Angelica Ramdhari was indispensable hosting on Zoom. The committee approved all three Certificate of Appropriateness applications and saw presentations of waterfront plans for 420 Carroll Street and 300 Nevins Street. Secondly, even as we approach August, a lot is going on. That includes surveys, jams, tastes, music, art, open streets, and more. The safest way to enjoy these things is to be vaccinated and boosted against covid and possibly monkeypox.
