First, in CB6’s immediate orbit, our Permits & Licences committee meets this Monday at 250 Baltic Street beginning at 6:30 PM. The agenda consists of 5 applications to the state liquor authority(SLA) for new on-premises liquor licenses.

First, in CB6’s immediate orbit, our Permits & Licences committee meets this Monday at 250 Baltic Street beginning at 6:30 PM. The agenda consists of 5 applications to the state liquor authority(SLA) for new on-premises liquor licenses. 

Secondly, you may have already voted multiple times this year, but there’s still one election left, and that’s the general election. This year's general election ballot includes Governor, LT Governor, and the US. Senate & House, our state legislature, and various ballot proposals. You can vote absentee, early starting next Saturday or on regular old election day, Tuesday, November 8th. No matter how you do it, voting is the most important thing. Our community has a lot going on this weekend, including a fun run, Van Alen’s Block party, a folk festival, flowers, tanker tours, walking tours, and more.
