Mark Shames led the Land Use(LU) side of the agenda, consisting of a presentation about waterfront access at 155 3rd street. The landmarks(LM) side, led by David Briggs, was the presentation and review for an application to enlarge a backyard extension in the Park Slope Historic District at 101 Saint Johns Place. The committee voted to recommend approval of the application on the condition that the extension's railings be made of wrought iron, painted black, and vertical.

This application, and the committee's approval, will be up for a vote during our next Full Board meeting. That vote and other items will take place this coming Wednesday, December 14th, beginning at 6:30 PM. The meeting will be held at the Van Alen Institute and over Zoom. 

I'll stop here and not delay anyone from starting their weekend. A lot is going on tonight, including holiday lights in Prospect Park and a tree in Carroll Park.
