The CB6 Landmarks/ Land Use Committee met last night. You’ll find a meeting recording and additional materials at: bit.ly/cb6feb23lmlu. The first two items were Land Use matters; informational presentations regarding 459 Smith Street and 450 Union Street. The last two were Landmark Applications for rear yard extensions in Park Slope at 280 Garfield and 439 8th Street. The committee approved both applications sending them to a vote at our next full board meeting.

Our next full board meeting is on Wednesday, March 8th, in a hybrid format: at Van Alen Institute and on Zoom. The agenda will include voting to support the New Yorkers For Park Play Fair campaign. Our meetings are open to the public, so choose to attend at whichever hybrid site.

Plenty is going on between now and beyond our March meeting, and you can find out more by reading the rest of this email. Whether you read the rest or not, have a great weekend.

Best,
Mike Racioppo, District Manager
