Last night our Landmarks/Land Use Committee met and approved two rear yard extensions in the Park Slope Historic District and forwarded the discussion of a third to the full board for its approval on April 12th. A recording of the meeting is available at bit.ly/cb6mar23vid.

Joining those three items on the full board agenda will be the two liquor license applications that'll first be reviewed by our Permits & Licenses Committee this Monday, March 27th. One application is for a Middle Eastern restaurant on 7th Avenue between 7th & 8th Street at 293 7th Avenue. The other application is for a Spanish fusion spot on 4th Avenue between 10th and 11th Street at 463 4th Avenue. Register for this Zoom meeting at bit.ly/327cb6.

There's more happening before and beyond the CB6-centric focus of the preceding paragraphs. That'll become clear if you read the rest of this email, so I hope you continue reading. No matter what you do, have a great weekend.

Best,
Mike Racioppo, District Manager
