The Prospect Park Alliance is the non-profit organization that sustains, restores and advances Prospect Park, Brooklyn’s Backyard, in partnership with the City of New York.
The Alliance provides the staff and resources that keep the park green: horticulturalists, maintenance workers, ecologists, educators, volunteer coordinators and visitor services, with offices at 95 Prospect Park West.
The Alliance runs the park’s events calendar, the LeFrak Center at Lakeside, the Carousel, youth tennis and nature programs, and a large volunteer program.
Leadership, a Board of Directors and a Community Committee oversee the long term stewardship of the park.
