About This District
The Bronx Community District 10 The Bronx Community District 10 encompasses City Island, Co-op City, Locust Point, Pelham Bay, Throggs Neck, and Westchester Square. Covering 6.47 square miles and home to more than 120,000 residents, it covers the northeast Bronx and includes some of the borough's most distinct waterfront and lower-density neighborhoods.
City Island, Co-op City, Pelham Bay, Throggs Neck, Locust Point, and Westchester Square create a district with coastal communities, large-scale housing, commercial corridors, parks, and maritime edges.
