MN CB2 ranks 27th in population among NYC’s 59 community board districts. Among the 59 districts, it has the 56th largest proportion of nonwhite population, the 2nd highest median income, and the 2nd most expensive rents. From 2010 to 2024, the district added 2,112 new housing units, 1,981 units of which were market rate and 131 units of which were income restricted.
