Manhattan Community District 4

Manhattan Community District 4 encompasses Hell's Kitchen and Chelsea. Covering 2.1 square miles and home to more than 100,000 residents, it covers Hell's Kitchen and Chelsea on the west side of Midtown.

The district includes dense residential blocks, major cultural institutions, Hudson River waterfront parks, rail and bus infrastructure, office development, hotels, and nightlife.
