About This District
Queens Community District 14 Queens Community District 14 encompasses The Rockaways and Broad Channel. Covering 22 square miles and home to more than 110,000 residents, it covers the Rockaway Peninsula and Broad Channel.
It is a coastal district with beaches, public housing, bungalow communities, apartment buildings, commercial corridors, wetlands, and limited transportation connections to the rest of the city.
