Staten Island Community District 3

Staten Island Community District 3 encompasses Annadale, Arden Heights, Bay Terrace, Charleston, Eltingville, Great Kills, Greenridge, Huguenot, Pleasant Plains, Prince's Bay, Richmond Valley, Rossville, Tottenville, and Woodrow. Covering 21.5 square miles and home to more than 160,000 residents, it covers the borough's South Shore along Raritan Bay and the Atlantic.

The district is predominantly residential, closely tied to coastal geography, wetlands, parks, and local commercial centers.
