Looking Ahead, Zoning, Housing, Jobs, Preservation I hope this email finds you well as we head into a balmy week

The first full week of 2020 saw our community hit the ground running, including CB6 holding a committee meeting and it's General Board Meeting . The weekend and week ahead show no signs of slowing down and you can find out about what’s going on by reading below.

Along with some community happenings, you’ll find a housing plan, as well as some zoning strategies as Gowanus By Design continues to highlight aspects of its approach to the rezoning plan.

Have a great weekend, and feel free to share  this information  however you'd like.

P.S Please forgive any typos or brain freezes in the text as I get these updates out in haste at the end of the day, and if you are a weekly   subscriber   but want to check out updates from earlier in the week, including the board meeting recap, click here .
