Starting off the week with some familiar reminders and one explosive tidbit.
1 - Gowanus Construction - Update from DDC regarding the $26M High-Level Storm Sewers and Water Main Replacement in north Gowanus/ Boreum Hill (CB6 & CB2).
Before sailing away from the Gowanus Canal let me remind you that Wednesday is the Department of City Planning open house at PS 32 .
2 - Tomorrow, February 5th, is Lunar New Year . NYC Public Schools are closed , alternate side parking is suspended but meters remain in effect.

3 - Tomorrow is the Green New Deal watch party.
4 - I know some folks in Park Slope had heard a “mysterious boom” last night at around 11:30. Authorities informed me that it was caused by fireworks.
5 - Legislative update from Assistant Speaker Felix Ortiz .
6 - As mentioned in the second bullet point, Alternate Side is suspended tomorrow, February 5 th while meters remain in effect.
