I hope this email finds you well as we head into a balmy weekend reminiscent of spring.

The first full week of 2020 saw our community hit the ground running, including CB6 holding a committee meeting and it's General Board Meeting . The weekend and week ahead show no signs of slowing down and you can find out about what’s going on by reading below.

Along with some community happenings, you’ll find a housing plan, as well as some zoning strategies as Gowanus By Design continues to highlight aspects of its approach to the rezoning plan.
