My ancestors hail from Ireland and Italy (the reason for the "o" at the end of my last name), so I'd be remiss having mentioned Saint Patrick's day not to say "Happy Saint Joseph's Day" in advance of tomorrow.

My ancestors hail from Ireland and Italy (the reason for the "o" at the end of my last name), so I'd be remiss having mentioned Saint Patrick's day not to say "Happy Saint Joseph's Day" in advance of tomorrow.

It's a great excuse to pick up a pastry named for the day from one of our community's great bakery's (my preference is Court Pastry, but they are all great). Speaking of religion, here is an update from Sacred Heart Saint Stephen s and another from Beth Elohim . There are more resources below that deal with, seemingly, every aspect of our lives in various ways. While we deal with the vicissitudes of life in various ways, it's important to remember we are in this together, and we'll get through it together. It may sound corny, but it's true.
