Weekend, Wednesday and Yesterday

I hope this email finds you well as we head into what’s expected to be a rainy and possibly snowy weekend.

Last night our Landmarks/ Land Use Committee met and made recommendations to approve all four agenda items. The first two were landmark items in Park Slope, followed by two Land Use Items. The first of those was a presentation from the Department of City (DCP)on a text amendment for Zoning for Coastal Flood Resiliency. The second was a ULURP application for a mixed-use at 300 Huntington Street for a reduction in parking requirements and a change from M2-1 to M2-3. These items will now move to a vote at our General Board meeting this coming Wednesday.

However, before Wednesday, we’ve got our Permits and Licenses committee meeting on Monday with a liquor license application that will also end up on Wednesday's agenda. So it’s safe to say next week like this one was, will be another typically busy one in our community.
