On a day such as this, a community board newsletter, in a good way, seems especially small. In a few hours, the a new President and Vice President will be sworn into office.

On a day such as this, a community board newsletter, in a good way, seems especially small. In a few hours, the a new President and Vice President will be sworn into office. It took far too long, but it’s great to inaugurate our first female Vice President. While less noteworthy than the first time it happened, I’d be remiss and possibly shunned by my mother’s side of the family, if I didn’t welcome the election of a President with an Irish Catholic heritage.

Anyway, I’ll stop here and get back to the more micro scale issues of CB6 tomorrow.
