I hope this email finds you well as good news and vaccines are increasingly difficult to find of late.

While I’m sending this newsletter a bit earlier than yesterday’s, there is some carryover. Our letter to the Department of City Planning regarding virtual review for the ULURP has risen to support from 41 of our members. I know some have questions regarding the virtual process, and while it may feel like eons ago, back in March, the Governor and Mayor issued executive orders dictating terms of public meetings. If you’re interested or have nothing better to do, you may want to read them.  

Speaking of public meetings and virtual happenings, as mentioned previously, our next full board meeting is Wednesday, February 10th, at 6:30 PM. The agenda is still information, and with the help of BKCB6er Samara Trilling, translation services are being worked on for the meeting. If you or someone you know would want or require such services, please let us know. This is new but exciting territory for BKCB6, and the more information we have, the better it will be.
